**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
Hoffman (nVent group) is a manufacturer for standard and customized enclosure solutions. In Europe, Hoffman is having a strong position in the industrial and commercial building market. Our product offering is best explained as “a comprehensive range of standard products and accessories, with modification possibilities through Express Customization and Advanced Customization”.

Some 80% of our sales in any of our home markets go to wholesalers and panel builders. You should make sure these customer groups are happy with the service provided, so that they work with us when your demand creation has been successful. This includes creating demand with machine builders and system integrators and getting specified by end-users.

The Hoffman sales process is into 4 main blocks, Lead Generation - Manage Prospects - Manage Opportunity - Manage Customers. This is how we detect new customers in our territory, develop the relationship and keeps them with us for a long time.
- **Work closely together with channel partners all over Italy and do joint visits and customers product training.**:

- **Besides managing the channel partners, the Territory Account representative selects ‘A prospects’ active in the F&B where he/ she wants to work on.**:

- **Uses CRM daily basis where activity’s, sales funnel and customer platform recorded.
**YOU HAVE**:

- You speak and write fluently Italian and English,
- Understanding of the basic of the electrical enclosures and of the language of channel partners, panel builders and machine builders
- Ability to convince a prospect and turn it into a customer.
- Ability to work out of a home office
- Much of the work will require meeting with customers in the field. Some entertainment is required and must be willing to travel 80%
- Current and valid driver’s license require.
