L’integrazione di queste due società unisce e consolida sul mercato esterno un forte know how nell’ ambito delle implementazioni di soluzioni Customer Relationship Management (CRM) e Customer Experience (CX) in modalità CLOUD e basate sulla piattaforma Customer Success Platform realizzata dal partner tecnologico Salesforce per il Marketing, le Vendite ed il Service.

**Posizione**:**Attività proposte**
La persona inserita sarà un punto di riferimento per i diversi team coinvolti sul progetto e parteciperà alle seguenti attività:

- Analisi e progettazione di architetture IT utilizzando le soluzioni dell’ecosistema Salesforce più innovative per soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri clienti;
- Progettazione di processi aziendali end-to-end e di soluzioni all'interno dell'architettura definita in fase di disegno
- Supervisione durante le fasi di vendita e prevendita.

**Requisiti**:**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo di Technical e Solution architect sulla piattaforma Salesforce;
- Ottima conoscenza del CRM Salesforce e capacità di disegnare soluzioni basate sulla piattaforma e il suo ecosistema;
- Ottima conoscenza della programmazione ad oggetti, dei principi di disegno dei database e dei principali paradigmi di integrazione;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2)
- **Sarà valutato requisito preferenziale il conseguimento delle certificazioni Salesforce: Administrator, App Builder,Paltform Developer I, Sharing & Visibility Designer
