**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Receive, process, and reconcile statements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Generate and review monthly reports.
- Assist with preparation for annual audits.
- Intercompany reconciliation support.
- Payroll checks and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.
- Asset booking and management
- Prepare data for fiscal declaration and deal with tax specialist to grant compliance.
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
