**STATUTORY ACCOUNTING MANAGER**

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al CFO, è responsabile di assicurare la chiusura periodica di fine mese e le attività amministrativo-contabili in conformità con la contabilità di Gruppo (IFRS) e con le normative legali e fiscali locali.

**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ**:

- Eseguire le chiusure periodiche e preparare i bilanci infra-annuali e annuali.
- Essere responsabile della corretta esecuzione del controllo periodico di routine delle registrazioni, della riconciliazione del libro mastro e del processo/documentazione di chiusura (ad es. ratei e accantonamenti).
- Supervisionare la relativa contabilità per AP - AR, costo del lavoro e servizi generali.
- Provvedere al pagamento delle imposte e supervisionare la gestione della tesoreria.
- Gestire i rapporti con i consulenti esterni coinvolti in questioni amministrative, fiscali, societarie e legali, comprese quelle intercompany e preparare i report richiesti.
- Collaborare con la società di revisione per le verifiche di conformità amministrativo-contabile.
- Assicurare il coordinamento e la razionalizzazione dei processi e il mantenimento di un'adeguata struttura di controlli interni e di conformità contabile.

**REQUISITI**
- Laurea in economia o in un settore correlato.
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo per operare e controllare in modo autonomo dalle registrazioni alla rendicontazione legale e alla preparazione del bilancio.
- Esperienza pregressa nel coordinamento di piccoli gruppi di dipendenti.
- Capacità di leadership, con spiccate doti relazionali, organizzative e di coordinamento.
- Proattività.
- Capacità di fungere da mentore e di sviluppare talenti.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Esperienza pregressa con SAP.
