**What we’re looking for**

As an Internal Communication Specialist you will be part of an international team, working closely with technical experts, corporate customers and team leaders, to develop and implement effective internal communication plans.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage and create content for internal platforms and newsletters for adopting an AI tool
- Organize and promote technical trainings and internal documentation
- Prepare business presentations from content to design
- Create templates and communication kits
- Liaise and closely follow-up with all stakeholders
- Produce infographics, brochures, videos and graphical assets
- Animate of leadership/ business calls: organize, facilitate, send minutes, follow up
- Translate various documents (EN-FR, FR-EN)
- Draft bi-lingual (French/English) reports on business or technical topics.

**What you need to know/have**
- Excellent written and spoken French & English
- Ability to process technical texts and transform them into communication materials
- Photo/Video editing skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive attitude and collaboration skills.
