**DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING- HOTELLERIE**
**Posizione**:
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Housekeeping e, riportando alla Direzione, avrà la responsabilità del coordinamento operativo e funzionale delle attività di pulizia e manutenzione ordinaria delle camere, degli spazi comuni e delle aree riservate al personale.
Supervisionerà quotidianamente il team, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità e l’ottimizzazione delle risorse, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la soddisfazione del cliente e le performance economiche del reparto.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Coordinare il team housekeeping e gestire operativamente i turni e la pianificazione giornaliera.
- Verificare costantemente la qualità della pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni, con ispezioni regolari.
- Gestire forniture, materiali e attrezzature, monitorando gli inventari.
- Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli standard igienico-sanitari.
- Collaborare con la direzione e gli altri reparti per ottimizzare i flussi di lavoro.
- Gestire eventuali criticità o reclami degli ospiti, proponendo azioni correttive.
- Formare e motivare il personale, monitorandone performance e comportamenti.
- Partecipare attivamente a riunioni di reparto e piani di miglioramento continuo.
**Requisiti**:
È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo, maturata in strutture ricettive di grandi dimensioni. Completano il profilo: Ottima conoscenza delle principali tecniche di housekeeping, gestione degli inventari, procedure di sicurezza e protocolli igienico-sanitari. Buona padronanza degli strumenti informatici, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e giorni festivi
