Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- You make sure to obtain the bid qualification (bid go / no go) for new business opportunities
- You lead virtual bid teams and retrieve inputs from a variety of business partners typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
- You are preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- You ensure risk tracking and mitigation throughout the bid process
- You are chipping in to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
- You handle the bid budget
- You ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
- You understand and resolve sophisticated technical, strategic and business issues
- You arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award

Signs of success
- Confirmed capability in delivering winning, multi-million-Euros products or sophisticated service opportunities
- Experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
- Provision of valuable input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercial discussions and solution design

Skills we can’t do without:

- Master’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- You are a good communicator and have strong communication skills
- Experience of handling the full end to end bid process
- Proficiency in English
- Deep knowledge and high-reaching approach to the market
- Communication and negotiation skills
