Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bid Manager to join our dynamic team in Rome, Italy. With a strong presence across Europe, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge solutions to a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on European Institutions.

**The Role**:
As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by managing the preparation and delivery of comprehensive offers for call for tenders issued primarily by European Institutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of offer preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bid Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective bid strategies to ensure successful submissions that meet the client's requirements group value proposition.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare and submit highquality bids. Ensure timely delivery of all bid components, managing timelines, and milestones.
- Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the creation of bid documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and comply with the tender requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EU tender procedures and regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams, as well as with partners, demonstrating the capacity to lead a team composed of individuals from various backgrounds and companies in writing the technical offer. This role requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills to harness the collective expertise necessary for crafting compelling and competitive bids.
- Technical Offer Preparation: Reply in full autonomy to methodological offers, activating the link with the technical team only when a technical contribution is needed. This approach ensures that our bids are competitive and fully aligned with the tender's requirements, leveraging our technical expertise effectively.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on bid status, outcomes, and metrics to senior management.

**Job requirements**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in bid management and/or consultancy and pre-sales, preferably with exposure to the European Institutions' tendering process.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
