**Description**
This is a Talent Partner - Talent Acquisition role, reporting to TA Team Lead Southern Europe, based in Milan. You will be responsible for attracting talent for various Business Units within the Country, in line with Global and business strategies. You will be playing an important role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future talent attraction challenges.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices
Cooperate at hub level with Talent Partner Community
Support Employer Branding Activities, University Relationships, Early Talent and Trainee Programs, to boost Hitachi Energy's Employer Brand within the Country. Ensuring personal and organizational compliance with local legislation and HR policies, GDPR and any other data privacy requirements, and adherence to OHS and compliance standards.
**Your background**:
A Bachelor or master's degree, with 1 to 2 years of HR experience in a high performing global organization
- preferred in similar industry.
Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, including the use of digital and social media
Ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
