LHH Recrutiment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing industry client to find a Talent Parter. This position is reporting to the Head of Talent. The focus of the position is implementing the talent and diversity and inclusion strategies for the country and the delivery of the group annual talent cycle together with local HRBP.
- Manage the processes related to the Talent and Performance cycle to build ownership in the business and complete the processes effectively to the agreed timetable and quality.
- Coordinate dynamic talent pools for key positions, identifying the best talent at all levels of the organization.
- Work with the Center of Excellence and HR Business Partners to develop career plans, promoting employee development and succession planning.
- Provide support in the definition and implementation of the Talent area strategy. Ensure compliance with agreed action plans.
- Manage the recruitment processes, understanding the business needs and the requirements of the vacancies and provide support in the Graduate Programs to offer a source of future leaders with high potential.
- Use corporate L&D tools to track key development actions, define KPIs and manage reporting.
- Promote the development of skills and coaching of talent in line with the group's strategic framework.
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Experienced in integrating diversity and inclusion into the talent agenda to deliver improved business outcomes.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the HR Talent area, in multinational environment and preferably in a multi-site operational environment.
- Experienced in managing assessment.
