Gpack S.p.A., azienda leader nel settore del Luxury Packaging, ricerca un **ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE** da inserire nel proprio team.

**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestione degli ordini (dall'inserimento attraverso il gestionale aziendale, al monitoraggio fino all'evasione);
- Gestione della corrispondenza e dei rapporti con i clienti (nazionali ed esteri);
- Supporto alla forza vendite;
- Preparazione di reportistica commerciale;
- Gestione merce a magazzino;
- Assistenza post-vendita.

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Laurea o diploma;
- Preferibile esperienza nella mansione nel settore cartotecnico;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- La conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus;
- Buone capacità organizzative, proattività, precisione e rispetto delle scadenze.

Retribuzione: €1.000,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
