Per azienda cliente settore carta con sede principale a Trucazzano (MI), siamo alla ricerca di 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE: La risorsa si occuperà prevalentemente di:

- attività di ricezione e di conferma degli ordini;
- inserimento dati a sistema
- accompagnamento del cliente fino all’evasione dell’ordine;
- assistenza e supporto a tutte le necessità pre e post-vendita del cliente.

Richiesta:

- esperienza pregressa nella medesima manzione e preferibilmente nel settore carta
- conoscenza fluente della lingua INGLESE e FRANCESE
- conoscenza e padronanza dei pricipali programmi informatici

Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.
