- ** THE ROLE**:
Specialist for Engineering, Design and Testing Costs. Positions available in **Electrified Systems and Vehicle Embedded Software and Connectivity.**

**YOUR IMPACT**:
Lead the evaluation of supplier Engineering, Design, and Testing (ED&T) costs to identify cost optimization opportunities and support supplier negotiations of ED&T.
- Provide project status and communicate with vehicle program teams.Lead implementation of standard processes and tools to reduce ED&T costs and develop new best practices & methods.**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred **(Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Systems, Mechatronics or similar).**:

- 3+ years of experience as Product development engineer, purchasing lead, project manager or similar at an automotive industry.
- ** Technical knowledge of Electrified Systems, or Electronics, or Vehicle Embedded Software & Connectivity.**:

- Product Development processes knowledge: milestones and deliverables, program timing, interaction with suppliers, knowledge of typical supplier & OEM responsibilities.
- Highly effective written, verbal & virtual communication skills, able to work independently and as a team member.
