Aresys is looking for an **"**Administrative Officer**"**to join its FINANCE area. **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Prepare the **pre-tax financial statements**, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Manage **analytical accounting systems** for project-based business operations. - Monitor the **accounts payable and receivable cycles**, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. - Supervise and manage **company contracts**, supporting their preparation, review, and archiving. - **Handle general administrative tasks** related to company operations. - Handle the **purchase order process**, from request to supplier management and documentation. - Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes. **Experience and Skills**: - **3 to 4 years of experience** in a similar role within an administrative or financial department. - Strong knowledge of **financial statements and accounting principles**. - Experience with **project-based cost accounting and analytical accounting systems**. - Ability to **analyze and monitor financial transactions**, including purchasing and supplier payments. - Strong **organizational and problem-solving skills**. - Proficiency in **MS Office and accounting software** (Zucchetti Ad-hoc Revolution preferred). - Fluent in **English, both spoken and written**. **We offer**: - **Competitive salary** and an attractive benefits package. - **Opportunities for personal and professional growth** in a young and dynamic environment. - A **diverse and challenging role** with responsibilities across multiple administrative functions.
