**About the role**:
We are urgently looking for junior administrative/accounting office in Milan. This is a fixed-term contract to replace an absence during a maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- The junior administrative/accounting officer will be responsible for supporting the administration unit in managing the administrative and accounting activities required by the company, dealing in particular with:

- Suppliers’ invoice management
- Management of tax obligations (e.g. VAT payment, withholding taxes)
- Bank management
- Management of customer payments
- Management of requests from colleagues in the parent company (Luxembourg) and the tax consultant
- Attendance management support (HR)

**Role Requirements**:

- High school diploma, in accounting or similar fields
- Knowledge of the Office package
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Attention to details
- Organisational skills
- Good communication
- Able to work both autonomous and in team
