**Posizione**:
QSRP-Company, is looking for talentend and motivated Indirect Procurement Specialist, driven by insight, analytics and ready to take on the challenge and responsibility of an exciting role within an energetic and fast-growing organization.

The person in this role, reporting to Procurement & Supply Manager, will constantly work with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide optimum solutions by managing existing suppliers, and sourcing new ones, controlling expenditures and maximizing efficiency.

The resource, will support the Team in the following activities:

- Analysis of the expenditure in all indirect categories across the whole group.
- Support in the definition of sourcing strategies and their implementation in collaboration with the marketing, operations & technical teams.
- Support in the definition and lead of the full commercial process for business allocation: launch of RFQs, negotiations with suppliers, contract negotiation, monitoring of suppliers performance, etc.
- Support in the strategic supplier relationships management.
- Continuos Contact with our marketing, operations, maintenance and construction coordinators to be up to date about everything that is going on in our restaurants.
- Challenging status quo, bringing innovation from the market to QSRP pursuing efficiency and effectiveness

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain preferred
- Maximum 2 years of work experience
- Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
- other European languages highly recommended (German, Dutch)
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- MSOffice365 package
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Negotiation Skills
- Good Project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box

Personal Requirements:

- Available to start in full-time employment / valid EU work permit is mandatory
- Willing and able to travel from time to time in other local subsidiaries (France, Belgium, Germany, Austria)
- Able to understand business strategy
- Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
