**Panoramica offerta**

L'area di riferimento è l’Ufficio Media e Pubblicità, nell’ambito della Direzione Comunicazione & Marketing. Si offre iniziale contratto per sostituzione maternità.

**Attività**
- Sviluppo della comunicazione a supporto delle attività di Loyalty (quali il catalogo Fìdaty, le collection), delle iniziative di special promotion (come, ad esempio, il community program Amici di Scuola e dello Sport) e dell’Employer Branding;
- Raccolta dei requisiti, analisi dei dati disponibili e conseguente stesura dei brief per le Agenzie;
- Verifica delle proposte e selezione delle idee in coerenza con le linee guida della Direzione;
- Coordinamento delle fasi di realizzazione degli output creativi interfacciandosi e collaborando con i diversi interlocutori interni della Direzione Comunicazione & Marketing e con tutte le figure coinvolte nel processo di produzione dei supporti pubblicitari (Agenzie Pubblicitarie, Fotografi, Stampatori, Ufficio Grafica, Web, etc.);
- Verifiche con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, coordinamento dei processi approvativi e della finalizzazione.

**Requisiti**
- Laurea Magistrale in discipline Marketing & Comunicazione;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in ambito Comunicazione, maturata preferibilmente presso Agenzie Pubblicitarie e/o realtà aziendali;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
