Doc Congress, provider ECM e CME e società di proprietà Chorus Group, sta selezionando una figura di Project Specialist. Le competenze e le mansioni richieste per la figura che stiamo cercando sono le seguenti:

- Organizzazione e gestione di eventi di formazione (ecm e non) advisory board, local panel, expert meeting, formazione sul campo, eventi plurisponsor sia residenziali che digitali
- Gestione operativa autonoma delle attività legate alle progettualità e alle pratiche di logística
- Attività di reportistica dei differenti progetti alla Design and Development Unit e alle Project Manager di riferimento
- Preventivazione e supervisione economica
- Presentazione del progetto agli stakeholder
- Pratiche ECM, AIFA
- Contatto con i KOL
- Coordinamento interno con le figure operative
- Gestione rapporti con il cliente ed elaborazione report periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori
- Gestione della comunicazione del progetto e dell’eventuale promozione
- Supervisione della logística faculty e ospiti
- Gestione degli sponsor
- Rendicontazione economica

Essenziale esperienza nel comparto eventi Pharma and Healthcare.

Sede di lavoro: SESTO SAN GIOVANNI

Si offre un contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato con regolare periodo di prova, full time, retribuzione in linea con le competenze e con le esperienze effettivamente maturate. No smart working.

Ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 l’offerta è rivolta a entrambi i sessi e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
