**Internship - Data Specialist**:

We are looking for an intern to join our Robotics & Discrete Automation business as Data Specialist. You will prepare, distribute and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects as per the company's/project's procedures, and ensures effective version control and status tracking.

**This position reports to**:
Senior Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Data entry in the “PDM VAULT” database.
- Data entry in the “WRIKE” database.
- Data entry in the “PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR” database.
- Rescue folders organization.
- Arrangement of file archives.

**Your background**:

- Technical Diploma or student in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automation or Management Engineering.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Knowledge of PDM and product configuration software is considered a plus.
- A proactive attitude and good organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian both written and spoken.
