- **What you’ll do**:_
- Support the management of complex projects, interfacing with international project stakeholders (technical and non-technical) and with external suppliers;
- Constantly interact with international operation’s teams to define and collect needs of platform developments, launch of new products and the integration of new tools;
- Perform preliminary studies of the feasibility of the projects in collaboration with IT architects;
- Writing User Requirements & User Stories, in collaboration with Demand and business units;
- Follow the progress of the assigned projects by reporting critical issues, delays, change requests and improvements in collaboration with Account, UX/UI, Demand and IT teams;
- Review and prioritize project activities according to business needs;
- Support international local teams performing UATs, with prioritization of bugs towards the various factories;
- Monitor launch activities to assure a quality control of both process and product.
- **Who you are**:_
- You have a technical background (degree in Computer science or Engineering is preferred) and strong knowledge and experience in digital/online projects and contexts;
- You have at least 5 years of experience as Functional Analyst/Project Manager/Product Manager/IT Demand Manager working with customer-facing digital products;
- Experience in using Jira and writing user requirements document;
- You have curiosity, flexibility, attitude to work on several projects at the same time;
- You are proactive and dynamic, detail and goal-oriented, self-organized;
- You are excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written; French and Turkish languages will be considered a plus;
- Experience in gaming platforms, CRM and BI tools will be a plus;

Stipendio: €1.700,00 al mese
