**Posizione**:
Reporting to the Laboratory manager, at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova), primary work is:

- To lead the design of new HVAC/R technologies, meet performance and **energy efficiency** targets while balancing the requirements of safety, regulatory compliance, and reliability.
- Create test plans and technical specifications and new test methods.
- Deliver technical specifications for functionality and algorithms.
- To match project development check points in terms of project deliverables.

**Requisiti**:

- An engineering degree is required, Energy or Mechanical
- 1-2 yrs working experience with HVAC/R systems involving plant/unit design
- Refrigeration systems (e.g. display cabinets, compressor racks, condensing units) including CO2 transcritical cycles
- Inverter compressors and EEV technologies
- P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and electrical CAD
- Excel macros, Office, thermodynamics modelling
- Safety standards in the HVAC/R sector (EN378, IEC 60335-2-xx, PED)
- Controllers and regulation of HVAC/R systems
- Problem solving skills
- Good English
