**Posizione**:
For our Sales and Marketing Department, we are looking for a Group Application Specialist for HVAC Commercial Applications who will lead the growth of the assigned market segments with a global perspective.

What will you do?

You will have a tangible impact on defining the Group products and services offer, supporting the technological transition of our customers with the most efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Master a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, technological market trends and regulations framework
- Define a successful product and service offer with a consistent value proposition.
- Support customers to identify the best solution and analyse their needs to improve the product offer.
- Evaluate new products/solutions development through Business Plans preparation exploring customer requirements, value proposition, price positioning, launch activities and promotion
- Drive internal and external effective communication, effectively coordinating activities among different group companies and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with Image & Communication department defining communication plan, launch promotions, commercial material, marketing campaign, events and exhibitions
- Evaluate and execute promotional initiative with the sales organization
- Present the products portfolio to the sales organization, with dedicated events, training or supporting customer visits
- Collaborate with other departments like Product Platforms, R&D, Service and Operations to ensure a successful product deployment.

**Requisiti**:

- University degree in Engineering.
- Experience in HVAC equipment, electronics and thermodynamic (is a plus)
- Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus).
- Strong written/oral communication, especially in communicating customer needs
- Ability to organize work by priority, define plan and monitor
- Negotiation skills, commitment and focus on results
- Fluent in English written/oral
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Availability to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)
