Service Manager Application Maintenance

Laurea in materie scientifiche o economiche.

**Informazioni**: In qualità di Service Manager sarai inserita/o nell’area IT di REVO Insurance e in particolare nel team di Demand, DevOps & Maintenance. Il focus sarà la nostra piattaforma proprietaria per la gestione delle polizze Specialty Lines e Parametriche di REVO Insurance. Siamo alla ricerca di una mente brillante, attenta e pragmatica, capace di razionalizzare e organizzare le idee, pur prestando attenzione ai dettagli. Una persona organizzata, che ha maturato almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Service Manager, in particolare su polizze danni, presso società di consulenza IT o altra compagnia assicurativa.

**Aree di responsabilità**:

- Gestire il servizio di Application Maintenance e l'assistenza utenti.
- Calcolare e monitorare KPI e SLA.
- Analizzare i ticket in ingresso per identificare e indirizzare eventuali fenomeni ricorrenti al fine di migliorare continuamente il servizio e ridurre i ticket in ingresso.
- Garantire la stabilità della piattaforma e la tempestiva correzione dei bug.
- Gestire il processo di escalation.
- Gestire i fornitori.

**Esperienze lavorative**:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Service Manager, in particolare su polizze danni, maturata presso società di consulenza IT o altra compagnia assicurativa.

**Requisiti tecnici**:

- Ottima conoscenza di Office365.

- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e in modo strutturato.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali a tutti i livelli aziendali.
- Capacità di pianificazione, gestione del tempo e coordinamento delle risorse.
