For new offshore project in Angola we are looking for_

**SITE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR**

The Site Contract Administrator will support Project Management during construction phase on site. The SCA will have a full awareness of overall contract requirements, scope of works, project budget and schedule, to perform a full cost review, claim management control and complete the project on time and within the approved budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager to control and complete the project on time and within the approved budget.
- Perform contract analysis and advise/monitor the compliance to contracts’ requirements
- Recording and controlling direct and indirect costs based on the initial cost estimate and reporting current deviations and deviations to complete to the Project Manager, so that appropriate corrective actions can be identified and implemented.
- Support the Project management during the contract changes/claims process providing the impact evaluation on costs and schedules.
- Review of claims and extension of time submitted by the Sub-Contractors
- Draft formal letter for the related parties of the project.
- Analysis of any potential variations or extra activities, and estimate the related cost and time
- Analysis of Vendor Recovery opportunities, cost recovery analysis and relative technical dossier preparation.
- Cooperate with the Construction and Site Managers to collect the feedback data pertaining to the construction cost and schedule.
- Monitor, review and control the expenses/cost of the project during construction phase. Review and make sure that all the invoices from sub-contractors are provided with the right backup documents and allocated correctly and on time, to ensure that the project will be completed within the assigned budget and full in control.
- Preparing regular cost report (budget, actual, forecast) and productivity report (extra, claim, back-charge, saving), advise in advance of any extra cost/deviation from project budget, and discuss it with management.
- Design and set-up the most suitable and effective control organization on the project to meet these objectives foreseen by the contract specifications.
- Provide to the Project management all the required information to support decision-making activities.
- Manage together with other functions an integrated model including scheduling, cost controlling and Risks Management ensuring it works effectively and Project Status is continuously assessed and reported (Schedule, Control Budget, Cost Forecast, Performance/Productivity assessment, Work Progress, output of corrective actions)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Administration/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role. LSTK or Turnkey project experience is must preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Familiarity and understanding of legal requirements involved in specific contracts.
- A working knowledge and experience in the construction industry and EPC (engineering procurement & construction) projects and all other related trades.
- Excellent in English, speaking and reading.
- Knowledge with accounting procedures and cost controllership.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Follow up to ensure that all contractual agreements and payments are actioned.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
