Head of Digital Sales

Per conto di uno dei maggiori portali italiani di Interior design, selezioniamo un Head of Digital Sales.
La risorsa inserita sarà il Responsabile del team di vendita.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- pianificare e implementare strategie di vendita vincenti in Italia e all'estero con focus su Europa e Stati Uniti;
- assegnare e monitorare KPI;
- contribuire al miglioramento delle performance del team;
- raggiungere obiettivi di fatturato e garantire una buona marginalità
La risorsa ideale proviene dal mondo digital e possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
- 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di reti commerciali anche internazionali
- eccellenti capacità di vendita e di negoziazione complesse;
- capacità di analisi dei trend e monitoraggio del mercato per identificare tendenze e opportunità di miglioramento;
- Laurea e/o master in discipline economiche o/o STEM
- Inglese fluente
