We are looking for a Technical Sales Support committed to metering and standard controls portfolio to be hired with a permanent contract in **Milan** within the **Building Product business unit**.

**Your Challenge**

As **Technical support **your mission will be to **assist customers (internal and external) in technical issues/problems related to metering and standard controls portfolio**

**Some of the main activities will be**:

- Acts as the direct point of contact for a portion of our customer base as well as for our outside sales team
- Acts as standardized interface to customer with critical issue within Regional Country and towards Head Quarter
- Could perform site surveys to develop base design or installation plans or investigate technical problem

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:

- Problem solving approach
- Application know-how
- Proven experience in Customer support
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co build and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
