We are looking for a **Technical Sales Support**,** committed to Building Products with focus on Fire Portfolio, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan.

**Your Challenge**
As Technical Sales Support reporting to the Product Management Team Leader you will be responsible for technical and sales support of Fire portfolio
Some of the main activities will be:
- Acts as the direct point of contact for a portion of our specific customer base as well as for our outside sales team for pre-sales and technical request
- May perform internal or external product trainings
- Could performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans or investigate technical problem
- Analyze customers' technical setup to better judge on pre
- and/or after-sales support requirements sharing this information with the PM and sales Team
**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:
- Minimum work experience in electrical field
- Electrotechnical background
- Customer support attitude.
- Problem solving and proactive approach
- Eagerness to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
