Di cosa ti occuperai?
Gestione e supervisione del reparto Guest Relation all’interno della struttura;
Coordinamento esupervisione di un team composto da 5 risorse operative;
Organizzazione e gestione turni di lavoro e training dello staff relativo al reparto Guest Relation;
Gestione del rapporto con la clientela e con i Top Client della struttura, con particolare attenzione alle loro richieste ed esigenze;
Gestione e risoluzione dei complaint;
Verifica e accertamento costante del grado di soddisfazione del cliente;
Interfaccia e comunicazione costante con tutti gli altri reparti della struttura.
Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Guest Relation all’interno di strutture Turistiche di medie-grandi dimensioni;
Conoscenza Fluente della lingua Inglese e della lingua Tedesca;
Standing curatoed elevata attitudine alla relazione con l’ospite;
Elevata capacità di gestione e risoluzione delle criticità;
Buona capacità di Leadership.
**Orario di lavoro**:
Full-Time 40 ore settimanali, 6gg su 7gg con turni di 8 ore continuative.
