Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of specialty chemicals for the inks, coatings and adhesives market. In order to empower the R&D team, we have been asked to look for a

**R & D LAB CHEMIST FORMULATION - INDUSTRIAL COATING**

Reporting to the Application Laboratory Manager, the position manages the following activities and responsibilities:

- Study and development of new formulations.
- Interface with central research and development, technical service for product development using a scientific but also customer-oriented approach.
Fundamental requirements will be:

- Degree in chemistry or diploma of chemical expert
- Experience of at least 4/5 years in formulations in the industrial coating sector, surface coatings.
- Knowledge of the formulation of UV curable products is welcome.
- Excellent knowledge of the main IT systems
- Fluent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
The profile is completed by the aptitude to work in a team and to interact effectively, problem solving, initiative and innovative spirit.

Place of work: near Milan (north-west)

The company provides for placement in an evolved context, with classification and remuneration commensurate with the actual experience and skills expressed.
