We are recruiting an Italian speaking Technical Support IT in Dublin (Ireland)

**the role is based in Dublin**

Tasks:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise
- Serve as point of contact for projects team to improve client experience

**Profile**:

- Native/fluent in French, both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- At least 1 year experience in same or similar role
- Academic degree in Computer sciences, IT or related field
- Working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript
- Tech savvy
- Analytical and highly detail oriented
- Ability to absorb and troubleshoot complex technical issues
