WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valentino SpA is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Corporate & Internal Communication Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
Contributing in drafting communication activity decks, corporate statements, sustainability -related messages
Supporting the team on development of seasonal corporate
- sustainability
- internal projects and strategies &collect and analyze data
Providing the necessary support in the development of brand project presentations to external and internal stakeholders
Maintaining updated global activity calendars and schedules
Supporting and monitoring of process in the production of assets, press releases and specific copy for internal communication platforms
Monitoring and collating specific press reviews
- clipping coverage and managing reports on project coverage global & rapport with specific research engines and tools
Daily corporate - institutional /business/sustainability press monitoring
Support in preparing briefing packages for external speaking global opportunities of Top Executives of the company (interviews, speeches, conversations, round tables,summits)
Providing support for international corporate
- sustainability press inquiries
Coordinating translation process of texts
Ensuring all corporate reports, folders are regularly updated
Coordinating adminitrative support & budget monitoring

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Communication
Ideally have experienced a prior internship in the corporate communication field and/or press office of luxury brands
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point. Use of photoshop is a plus
Fluent in English
Interest within luxury retail/fashion
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, precise and detail oriented
Multitasking and able to reshuffle priorities
Strong written and verbal communication with a knack for creativity in visual decks and content
Strong interpersonal skills
