**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The resource will play the role of Corporate Communications Specialist and will be included within the Marketing & Communications team.

He/she will contribute to the strengthening of brand communication and will be responsible for creation of communications contents to share strategies, results and projects, in support of the marketing and communication plan and the respective corporate initiatives, in coordination with the Communications Manager.

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**

This role is also accountable for efficient and effective publishing across all digital properties in Italy, including GroupM website and social media channels, as well as for the Corporate Communications processes and channels (reporter’s relationships, press releases, etc.)

In particular, he/she will be responsible to:

- Developing and executing communication plans, including actions, timing, budgets and deliverables
- Support the area in developing an annual communication strategy and implementing it
- Collaborate in the creation, development and execution of press conferences, corporate events (internal and external), participation in market events, supporting the marketing plan
- Review the communications prepared by the stakeholders, to be in line with the company's strategy, guidelines and tone of voice
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders (leadership and key functions), to ensure communications consistent with corporate objectives and strategies
- Manage and develop corporate communication touchpoints (design, graphic rendering and content analysis), such as social networks and corporate websites
- Supply and coordinate the communication channels in compliance with the consistency of the defined strategy
- Management of relations with the trade journalists
- Interact via mail or calls with Global Marketing Team (US head quarter)
- Measure, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of the communication strategy
- Creativity, excellent writing skills, strong organizational skills and great precision complete the profile. Excellent interpersonal qualities, proactivity and teamworking skills cannot be lacking.

**REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in similar role (possibly in communications agencies, press offices or corporate comms departments)
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for consistency in company tone of voice
- Excellent knowledge of the main tools dedicated to press coverage
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (in particular Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
