Our Corporate Communication Team within E.ON Energia in Milan is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Corporate Communication Specialist (M/F/x)** for maternity leave cover.

Within this role, you will support the development of engaging communication activities supporting the company positioning and business, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement activities.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support company’s sustainable mission and reinforce our make Italy green position through communication activities, supporting the creation of the largest green movement in Italy
- Create contents to deliver our key company messages in a simple, engaging and innovative way, including articles, notes, communication campaigns (online and offline)
- Coordinate the social intranet, managing editorial calendar and reporting & KPIs
- Support the organization and define contents and agenda for internal events
- Work together with the external agencies to deliver consistency and quality throughout all the corporate communications activities
- Support and develop initiatives from other departments & businesses to ensure proper communication about internal projects
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate further engagement activities among employees.
- Support the entire Corporate Communication team in implementing the corporate communication plan (internally & externally) and in the collaboration with business functions, to improve communication at all levels and at all channels
- Work effectively with colleagues at all levels of our company (regionally and globally)

**Professional Skills/ Knowledge/ Expertise**:

- 2/3 years of experiences in corporate or internal communications either at large multinational company or at agency
- Knowledge of both traditional and digital media and communication channels
- Knowledge of corporate & internal communications principles
- Good team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
- Excellent Italian writing skills
- Good English writing and oral skills
- Multi-tasker, accurate (attentive to details) and problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under dynamic/changing environment
