**Posizione**:
Per il nostro Hotel Ca’ di Dio, il nostro Hotel 5* lusso di Venezia ubicato in una posizione privilegiata, all’ingresso della zona Arsenale, nel “Contemporary Art District”, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Executive Chef**professionista.
Sarà responsabile per la definizione del menù, la creazione delle ricette e preparazione di tutte le proposte Food dei vari outlet dell’Hotel: BKF, lunch, Bistrot, Fine Dining, In-Room Dining banchetti ed Eventi. In qualità di Team Leader si occuperà della gestione efficace dell'intera brigata e collaborerà con la direzione per il reperimento di figure necessarie al completamento della brigata.
Collabora con l'economato per gli acquisti di derrate atte a mantenere linee aziendali in termini di costi e qualità.
È una persona in grado di programmare e realizzare un servizio di qualità, gestendo l'operato del personale in un clima di collaborazione e rispetto delle policy aziendali
**Requisiti**:
Esperienza pluriennale in cucine di Hotels, segmento Lusso e/o Ristoranti Fine Dining o gourmet sia in Italia che all’Estero.
Gradita conoscenza lingua inglese e referenze.
