Business Analyst New Graduate (Supply Chain Planning)

**Job Requirements**:

- You have a master’s degree in one of the following faculties: Engineering, Business Administration and Economics
- Strong interest in Business Processes and Technology
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player
- Desire to become a part of a growing environment
- You love to find and to share innovative solutions
- You are proactive, and every day for you is a new challenge and a new opportunity
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Italian
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus

You will work in an international environment and in teams from all over the world. You will be assigned to our Supply Chain Planning Business Unit.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and analysing business requirements to define and implement operating models
- Designing models, processes and solutions regarding the Supply Chain optimization and management
- Functional Analysis and System Customizing to support a project implementation and development
- Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms from model and process design to implementation
- Analyse, implement and develop Demand Planning solutions (SAP APO and IBP), Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Global Available to Promise (GATP)
- Supporting new projects’ sales process (preparing sales campaigns on innovative themes, preparing partnership proposals, RFP, etc.)
- Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects
- Provide status reporting of assignments
- Conduct system functionalities review based on current configuration and/or technical specification
- Meet with functional and/or technical staff to test and document implemented solutions
