**Position**:
**MISSION**

Within our Media Team based in Rome, we are looking for a Media Trainee who will report directly to the Media Senior Manager. He/She will support the development and implementation of Media Planning, actively participating in the optimal deployment of advertising investments across channels.

**Job responsibilities**:
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Media Planning & Analysis**:

- Participate in the execution of global media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Support the definition and implementation of global advertising plans (including Patrimony, OOH, Print, Digital, and Social) and media projects.
- Assist with media budget reporting, planning, and tracking files.
- Assist in the creation of strategic outputs and presentations for both local and international use.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution, including media buying, creative production, and performance tracking.
- Report on the success of campaigns with clear recommendations for future initiatives.
- Coordinate the delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain daily coordination with external stakeholders such as media agencies and media owners.
- Work in synergy with internal stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate daily media requests.

**Profile**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar fields
- Project management skills with the ability to manage different projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Previous experience in managing media for the luxury sector will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and flexible
- Fluent in Italian and English
