**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for a creative and passionate** digital marketer** who is constantly willing to improve (and make us improve) to support and expand our marketing production. You will be a member of a dynamic and collaborative team, working side by side with designers and engineers and actively taking part in brand growth.

**What you’ll do in Bottstone**:

- Research and analysis of competitors and emerging trends
- Support in planning marketing strategies
- Measure campaign results and monitor brand channels
- Analyze data to report on key insights and identify new opportunities
- Support in the ideation and creation of paid advertising
- Manage and analyze paid and organic marketing campaigns (mainly Google Ads and LinkedIn)
- Research, create and publish content for social and propose drafts for more structured content as part of an editorial calendar
- Give your input in the development of new strategic ideas to achieve marketing goals and increase brand reputation.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in marketing and communications
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of major advertising platforms (Google and LinkedIn in particular)
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and channels
- You are comfortable working with data and are able to discern what is relevant from what is not
- You have excellent research skills to inform the ideas, strategies, and content you create.
- You have SEO and keyword research knowledge
- You have excellent English skills and know how to write engaging messages in English

**Bonus skills**:

- You have B2B experience
- You have copywriting skills (English and/or German)
- You are familiar with the project management world
- Italian/German language skills are a plus
