La risorsa ideale ha maturato un'esperienza superiore ai 2 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende nei settori retail, alberghiero o largo consumo e possiede una laurea in discipline ad indirizzo comunicazione/ marketing/ economico o titolo equivalente.
Lavorerà all'interno del dipartimento Marketing con l'obiettivo di fornire supporto al Sales & Marketing Director, Sales Manager, e Trade Marketing Manager per le attività di comunicazione.

**Principali attività e mansioni**:

- Collabora con il Marketing Manager allo sviluppo di piani e attività di marketing specifici per il mercato,

prodotti o linee di prodotti, per stabilire, migliorare o distinguere il posizionamento del brand nel mercato

di riferimento;
- Si occupa di monitorare le attività dei player di settore e creare report ad hoc;
- Segue lo sviluppo del prodotto coordinandosi con le altre funzioni aziendali, R&D, Sales, Ufficio Acquisti;
- Crea - in collaborazione con il team comunicazione - materiali di comunicazione del prodotto: catalogo prodotto,

listini, presentazioni interne, formazione alle vendite e kit di vendita, contribuisce all’ideazione dei materiali

di marketing (immagini, video, PPT, webinar, post);
- Segue - con un ruolo di responsabilità - l’organizzazione delle fiere e degli eventi di settore;
- Si coordina con il team di comunicazione digitale e social per l’implementazione delle campagne di CRM

e gestione del PED Social e aggiornamenti sito Web;
- Gestisce i rapporti con l’agenzia PR per implementare attività di comunicazione verso la stampa e gli stakeholder;
**Competenze richieste**:

- Laurea in ambito Marketing e/o laurea in Economia;
- 3-4 anni di esperienza come Product Manager e/o project manager in realtà strutturate;
- Conoscenza fluente del francese parlato e scritto;
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto;
- Capacità di gestire feedback qualitativi e quantitativi e saperli tradurre in decisioni data-driven;
- Capacità di creare contenuti, sia che si tratti di una scheda motivazionale, di un post o di un video;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e presentazione, capacità di analisi;
- Buone capacità di copywriting;
- Ottima conoscenza di strumenti Office 365, Excel in particolare;
- Ottima conoscenza di programmi di CRM (es. Mailchimp,). Costituiscono requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di Salesforce e SAP;
- Richiesta disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte
