**About Neuromodulation**
The EMEA Neuromodulation division is a global leader in microelectronic implantable technologies for chronic pain and neurological diseases. We operate in three main areas:
- Advancing **Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)** treating such progressive diseases as Parkinson’s;
- **Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)** System to provide personalized, long-lasting pain relief through the power of combination therapy.
- **Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)** systems used by physicians to treat patients with chronic pain

Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) consists in partnering with the business to enhance engagement agility, scalability of process & technological solutions that allows us to make fact-based decisions, to achieve our strategic objectives.
It is also about integrating commercial capabilities and clinical training to ensure the commercial team has the right skills and competencies to effectively engage with our customers.

**About the Role**
Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for new hires.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the commercial organisation is well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to successfully promote and sell our products & services.
Your focus will be on providing comprehensive product training, enhancing selling skills, and fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment.
Working closely with key stakeholders (marketing, clinical, commercial capabilities, etc ), you will identify learning needs and skill gaps within the commercial team, implementing targeted strategies to address these gaps. Additionally, you will work in tandem with our instructional designers to author and create digital learning courses and paths, ensuring a comprehensive and effective digital training program.
As the Commercial L&D Specialist, you will be in a high visibility role, exposed to all levels within the Neuromodulation organisation (including the Divisional VP) and beyond.

**About the Key Responsibilities**
New Hire Training Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Learning and Development Manager to execute the new hire training strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources that cover product knowledge, applicable sales techniques, objection handling, and other relevant topics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques to continuously enhance the training program.
- Keep training materials updated with the latest product information and industry trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, (marketing, sales, clinical, MAMED, commercial capabilities, etc ), to understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration and support for sales training initiatives.
Learning Needs Assessment:
- Identify learning needs and skill gaps within the sales team through collaboration with sales managers, performance metrics analysis, and direct feedback channels.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to help individuals improve their sales skills.
Skill Gap Remediation:
- Implement targeted strategies to address identified skill gaps, including developing and delivering customized training modules and interventions.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing sales staff to sharpen their skills.
