**Le sfide che ti attendono**
- The Country Procurement Manager, reporting to the Head of Function, will drive the Direct Spends, leading the procurement of Raw Material, Packaging & 3rd party goods of Sika Italia & Index.**Competenze richieste**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Define and execute sourcing strategies for locally managed suppliers and products
- Local supplier management: negotiation, contracting, supplier performance evaluation
- Evaluate and formulate risk mitigation strategies
- Identification and execution of structural savings projects
- Constant supply market screening
- Drive sustainability and innovations with local suppliers
- Coordinate local issues or requirements with regional team
- Represent Procurement in LET (Local Expert Team

**EXPERIENCE**
- Procurement background, 10 years
- Experience in sourcing chemicals for manufacturing industry (Chemical / Construction) in Direct goods (Raw materials as a must, trading goods as a Plus)
- Experience in multinational / matrix organization

**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**
- Italian language mother tongue
- English language fluent as a Must
- Advanced use of Excel
- SAP Knowledge

**SKILLS**
- Advanced negotiations skills
- Good project management skills
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to interact with Senior management
- Strategical thinking, combined with hands on approach
- Results oriented
