**AutoScout24**, realtà leader nel settore Digital Automotive, è alla ricerca di un/a **Customer Support Consultant** full-time da inserire nel team di **Customer Support** nella sede di **Padova**.

**Cosa farai**:
Entrerai a far parte di un team dinamico e orientato al cliente, dove avrai un ruolo attivo nel garantire un'esperienza eccellente ai nostri utenti, dealer e privati. Le tue attività includeranno:

- Gestione di richieste inbound e outbound, con attenzione alla soddisfazione del cliente e supporto continuo
- Training operativo ai clienti sull'uso delle nostre soluzioni digitali
- Produzione di report giornalieri e mensili per monitorare performance e attività
- Supporto telefonico tramite centralino aziendale

**Chi cerchiamo**:
Sei la persona giusta se hai già maturato 1-2 anni di esperienza in realtà organizzate e ti sei occupato/a di Customer Support. In particolare, cerchiamo:

- Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare **Excel**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua **inglese** (livello B1 o superiore)
- Attitudine alla collaborazione e spirito di squadra
- Attitudine al coordinamento
- Comunicazione efficace, sia scritta che verbale
- Approccio orientato alla soluzione, con buone capacità di negoziazione
- Forte senso di organizzazione e rispetto delle scadenze
