**Location Overview**:

**R**ole**

Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Assistant Manager, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for Front Desk operation as well as facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest inquiries/requests in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office.

**R**esponsibilities**
- To ensure that the Brand is protected, to ensure that all business partners and guests are surprised and delighted by their on-property experience, in the best traditions of the Aman culture.
- Collect and actions on any guests’ preferences.
- Ensure all interactions with guest are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- To manage the daily activities of the people in the team.
- Supervise Front Desk operation and workflow to maximize guest’s satisfaction.
- Ensure for staff attendance completion.
- Supervise and guide Front Office Agents to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.
- To operate the Front Office properly, efficiently.
- To have complete knowledge of Aman Rosa Alpina’s standard operating policies and procedures for the Front Office.
- Responsible for following up on incomplete details.
- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Work Experience: minimum 1 year in Front Office in an international luxury hotel.
- Qualifications: College education.
- Languages: verbal and written proficiency in English and Italian is preferred.
- Others: computer knowledge, ability to work on shifts, customer oriented, motivated and team builder flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, goals oriented, desire to achieve goal and committed.
