We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **Fast and easy recruitment process**: - **The training will be fully paid** **Your Responsibilities**: - Receiving inbound calls - Sell offers to Customers - Answering questions about products or subscriptions - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales - Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - Fluency in **Italian language (must be at least C2**) - Communicative level of **English language**( **at least B2**) - Previous experience in sales - **You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate**: - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What you will gain**: - **Base salary: 1240€ gross per month**: - **Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1050€ - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon**: - **You will also receive payment for completing the training** **Benefits and employment** - The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) - Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; - Fully paid Accommodation in the city; - Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration - **Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required**_ - Are you ready to embark on a new journey in your career?_ ?LWB> Pay: €1,050.00 - €1,240.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have previous experience in sales? - When you can start working? - Do you want to relocate to Portugal? **Language**: - Italian (required) - English (required)
