Il nostro cliente, realtà leader nel settore idrotermosanitario, ci ha incaricati di selezionare una figura di:
**Technical Sales**
La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell’Area Manager, verrà inserita nel team commerciale e avrà il compito di svolgere in autonomia le seguenti attività:
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita stabiliti nella relativa area di responsabilità;
- Supporto ai clienti in un'ampia gamma di gare e progetti, dalla pianificazione alla loro conclusione;
- Supporto al lancio di nuovi prodotti;
- Formazione presso i clienti per l’applicazione pratica del prodotto;
- Realizzazione di campagne di market-handling nel territorio di vendita;
- Ricezione e trasmissione dei reclami;
- Gestione delle informazioni su CRM in conformità con gli standard stabiliti;
- Ricezione delle richieste di supporto tecnico (primo livello).
**Competenze richieste**:
- Conoscenza dei metodi di ricerca e analisi di mercato;
- Padronanza sicura del sistema gestionale (CRM);
- Conoscenza di tutti i moduli rilevanti lato Sales (SAP/R3);
- Abilità di pianificazione;
- Conoscenza nell’area Marketing.
**Completano il profilo**:
- Esperienza consolidata in ruolo analogo;
- Background di studi ingegneristico e/o esperienza come progettista termotecnico;
- Esperienza pregressa di consulenza e promozione técnica, preferibilmente maturata in aziende di fornitura elettrotécnica o idraulica;
- Capacità di consulenza e orientamento alla clientela;
- Capacità di negoziazione e spiccata social competence;
- Disponibilità a gestire l’area tra le provincie di Bolzano e Merano;
- È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
