Siamo specializzati nella creazione di esperienze indimenticabili, dalle attivazioni pubbliche orientate al cliente, ai lanci di prodotti, pop-up store fino agli eventi stampa. Siamo alla ricerca di un Event Producer talentuoso e appassionato di creare eventi eccezionali per ampliare il nostro team dinamico.

**Descrizione del Lavoro**:
**Responsabilità Chiave**:

- **Pianificazione e Coordinamento degli Eventi**: Sviluppare piani eventi completi, retrotiming e budget. Coordinare tutti gli aspetti logistici, inclusa la selezione delle location, la gestione dei fornitori e i servizi per gli ospiti.
- **Gestione dei Clienti**: Essere il punto di riferimento principale per i clienti, comprendere le loro esigenze, fornire input creativi e garantire che la loro visione venga eseguita alla perfezione.
- **Leadership del Team**: Guidare un team di professionisti degli eventi, tra cui designer, tecnici e personale di supporto, per garantire l'esecuzione senza intoppi degli eventi.
- **Relazioni con i Fornitori**: Ricercare e gestire le relazioni con i fornitori, inclusi catering, allestimento e intrattenimento. Negoziare contratti e garantire che tutti i deliverable siano rispettati.
- **Gestione in Loco**: Supervisionare l'allestimento, l'esecuzione e lo smontaggio dell'evento, assicurando che tutto funzioni correttamente e risolvendo rapidamente eventuali problemi.
- **Gestione del Budget**: Creare e gestire i budget degli eventi, assicurando che tutti i costi siano considerati e che l'evento venga realizzato entro il budget.
- **Valutazione Post-Evento**: Condurre valutazioni post-evento per valutare il successo e le aree di miglioramento, fornendo feedback ai clienti e ai membri del team.

**Qualifiche**:

- **Esperienza**: Minimo 3-5 anni di esperienza nella produzione di eventi o in un ruolo simile.
- **Competenze**: Forti capacità organizzative, di leadership e comunicative. Capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente e di lavorare sotto pressione.
- **Creatività**: Un occhio attento al design e un approccio creativo alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- **Lingue**: Padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; altre lingue sono un plus.
- **Disponibilità**: Disponibilità a lavorare in orari flessibili, inclusi sere e weekend, come richiesto dal programma degli eventi.
