La funzione Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility si occupa di presentare Deutsche Bank e le sue attività agli stakeholder esterni - attraverso le relazioni istituzionali e con i media, l’organizzazione di eventi, la promozione dell’arte contemporanea, la comunicazione dei progetti solidali di Fondazione Deutsche Bank Italia, le pubblicazioni e il brand management - e di informare e ispirare i dipendenti, consentendo loro di agire come ambasciatori della banca.

ll tirocinante sarà inserito nell'ambito della funzione, che riporta direttamente all’amministratore delegato in Italia e alla direzione Communications & CSR globale, per affiancare il team nella gestione ed elaborazione della comunicazione interna ed esterna, analizzando le fonti (giornali, canali social, ricerche, dati, dichiarazioni, ecc) e producendo contenuti per veicolare i molteplici messaggi di Deutsche Bank verso i suoi differenti stakeholder.

Durante il percorso formativo lo stagista fornirà supporto nelle seguenti attività:

- Monitoraggio e gestione degli account social di Deutsche Bank in Italia (piano editoriale, monitoraggio, reporting, ecc.);
- Supporto nella redazione di testi e materiali di comunicazione per le sopra citate piattaforme, e per altre pubblicazioni, tra cui il report annuale di Fondazione Deutsche Bank Italia
- Supporto nell’organizzazione di eventi
- Monitoraggio e gestione della rassegna stampa
- Supporto nella gestione della sezione italiana di Deutsche Bank Collection.
