**(Junior) People & Admin Generalist (M/F/d) - Maternity Cover**:
**Your Tasks**:
People Operations & HR Support
- First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries (leaves, health insurance, etc.)
- Support with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Scheduling doctor appointments for health surveillance (medicina del lavoro)
- Coordination of employee attendance and tracking
- Monthly collaboration with payroll provider (data collection, draft review, approvals; INAIL, ENPALS)
- Management of recruitment processes (posting ads, coordinating with universities, interview scheduling)
- Preparation of employment documentation: contracts, amendments, letters
- Coordination of workplace health & safety initiatives and communication with H&S consultant
- Support with mandatory surveys (ISTAT, etc.)

Administrative & Office Tasks
- Daily monitoring and handling of the legal PEC inbox
- Administrative support to the Managing Director (filing, follow-up, documentation)
- Coordination with service providers (mobile phones, office supplies, travel tools)
- Interaction with tax/labor consultants as needed for HR-related matters
- Data entry and archiving of HR documentation

**Your Profile**:

- Previous experience in administrative and/or HR support roles (internships or junior positions included)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using MS Office tools and digital admin platforms
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Fluent Italian, good English (B2 or above)
