Per lo Store di** Roma in Via del Tritone**, Rinascente è alla ricerca di un **Guest Relationship Manager**.
Il **Guest Relationship Manager** è la figura professionale di riferimento nel Flagship, semplifica e facilita la _shopping experience_ del Cliente garantendo la migliore assistenza sui servizi esistenti e trovando una risposta di servizio adeguata ai bisogni inespressi.
**RESPONSABILITA’ PRINCIPALI**:
- **Ufficio clienti e amministrazione**:lavora proattivamente per efficientare il servizio reso al cliente coordinando le diverse attività di cui si occupa il Customer service in accordo e sinergia con l’organizzazione interna dello Store
- **Relazione con il cliente interno/esterno**:garantisce una corretta assistenza al cliente che si rivolge all’ufficio clienti operando nell’ottica del continuo miglioramento per garantire un’esperienza di shopping esclusiva
- **Vendite e CRM analisi**:supporta gli addetti ufficio clienti nella gestione corretta delle procedure di cassa e nella soluzione di casi critici** **nonché** **supporta gli addetti ufficio clienti e lo Store nell’estrazione dei dati necessari ad analizzare le abitudini di acquisto del cliente
- **Gestione e sviluppo collaboratori**:orienta il proprio team verso gli obiettivi attesi dall’azienda attraverso l’esempio, mantenendo un focus costante sulla performance e sul servizio
- **Pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro**:pianifica ed organizza le risorse a disposizione in coerenza con gli obiettivi da perseguire, con i flussi clienti e con i picchi di vendita.
**Requisiti**:
- Pregressa esperienza di 1/2 anni nel Customer Service
- Diploma o laurea
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza del cinese, russo, arabo o altre lingue costituisce un plus)
- Spiccate doti di problem solving e capacità decisionale
- Eccellenti doti comunicative
- Forte orientamento al dettaglio
