For our Italian branch we are looking for a Tender Specialist.

**Responsabilities**:

- Identify, research and monitor public calls for tender
- Preparation tenders and contacts with the Public Administration, preparation of tender documentation (administrative, technical and economic)
- Preparation offers & contracts for private customers
- Support Sales team
- Coordinate with other departments
- Relationship with Public Administration
- Paper and electronic archiving of documents

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Professional education in Purchasing, or equivalent
- At least 3 years-Experience in Tender processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of local business practices and legal processes
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently with mínimal supervision
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Result and quality oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
