Business Provisioning Manager

**Role Purpose**:
The Business Provisioning Manager has the full accountability of all phases of delivery of our solutions (Voice, Data, Security, MPLS, SDWAN, Cloud-managed services, third parties products) for small & medium-sized companies of north east area from the definition of the project until handover to Assurance.
The role has direct contact with Vodafone Business Department providing the best support in order to deliver the most effective solution in terms of architecture, topology and networking infrastructure.
He takes care of the budgeting operations in order to ensure the constant optimization of resources and the best rate of customer satisfaction
He is involved in the revision of both portfolio products and processes, in close collaboration with the Marketing Department and Engineering.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Knowledge of reference markets, products and solutions.
- Knowledge of fixed and mobile access and transport network architectures
- Experience of handling cross-functional projects / initiatives
- Experience of third parties handling and co-ordination
- Ability to establish good relationships with other VF departments (Sales, Technologies, Marketing).
- Team-working and performances oriented.
- Compliance with workplace safety laws
- Attitude to continuous training to manage innovative scenarios
- Ability to manage third parties planning (Agencies, System, other VF dept, etc) in a quick and safe mode
**Qualifications**:
Academic Background: Scientific or engineering degree preferred
English knowledge: B2
